It is equipped with high-performance Desoutter or Kilews electric screwdrivers, chosen as per torque range and process requirement (0.3 Nm to 20 Nm). The system ensures 100% OK fastening validation with real-time feedback and automatic process interlock to prevent operator errors.
The station features a pneumatic part clamping and positioning mechanism, ensuring stable holding during tightening. A smart HMI interface allows model/variant selection, torque recipe management, and live tightening status monitoring.
